I had a lovely visit to Woodside Primary’s summer fayre last night, it’s always a whirlwind but always a sell-out before I can even catch a breath! Thank you so much for having me back 🥰

It was also lovely to have a few of you ask about the new shop, and to hear that you’re excited for opening! We can’t wait to welcome you, we’re running a little behind schedule, but fingers crossed, we’ll be open 1st July 🤞

For those of you who don’t know me, I have been running confessionsofacupcake for the past 8 years, catering for dairy & egg allergies, and vegans. My own children have multiple allergies,so I know how difficult it can be to find treats when out.

I’m going to continue baking all these treats in our new shop. All bakes at ‘Sugar Cha’ will continue to be dairy & egg free and I’ll also be able to offer gluten free options too. It’s going to be a small family business, and we can’t wait to share our love for cakes, bubble tea, and coffees 🧁

Hi, a wee update on where we are…

The new shop is coming along but probably still a few weeks away from opening. Im still not taking on any new orders for celebration cakes, and will likely hold off until we’ve settled into the new business and can get a better idea of availability.

I’ll soon stop using this page as well, so please make sure you like/follow on the new pages for Sugar Cha 💕

Has anyone spotted our new shop sign? I think it’s looking pretty good 😊.

We’re not quite ready for opening yet, still lots of work happening behind the scenes, will keep you updated 💕

A few have asked where the new shop will be…. It’s located on Gateside St, Hamilton. More details to come!

Oh I can’t believe it’s been over a month since I posted! We’ve been busy getting the new business ready. The shop is starting to take shape now, very exciting! We’ve decided on a new name “SUGAR CHA” & I hope you love the new logo as much as I do. I can’t wait to serve my vegan cakes, along with delicious coffees & bubble teas! 🍪☕️🧋
