Both of these cakes did a 300 mile trip to get to their designated birthday people! Both 30th cakes and both Choc Fudge Cake and Chocolate Ganache.

The Cowboy themed cake was my gift to my baby sister. I was very privileged to be asked to do it. It went down so well that the birthday girl's friend asked for a similiar cake. It just so happened we travelling down again the next week and so this one was delivered then.

I was so scared about making the journey with the cakes but the ganache held up so well! No cracks from movement in the car and no melting!
