Red Spatula Cakes

My 4th wedding cake 🥰!! Jon and Nikki requested a 3 tier semi naked cake.
- Bottom tier was chocolate cake with chocolate ganache filling
- Middle tier was a traditional victoria sponge
- Top tier was a salted caramel sponge with salted caramel butter cream.
The whole thing was covered with vanilla buttercream and decorated with berries, sprigs of mint and a few sprinkles.
I'm very pleased I got to make this cake for Nikki and Jon.

My baby turned 3 and there was only cake I could make for our paw patrol obsessed little boy!! Bottom tier is vanilla sponge with chocolate chips and chocolate buttercream and top tier is a good old Victoria sponge. All decoration is 100% edible
