A little bit of an honesty post from me.

Living with anxiety can be incredibly difficult, and pairing that with running a business can often make it ten times worse.

This week I’ve struggled, constant self negativity consumed me to the point where I could not stop physically shaking and in the end, I ended up having the best week.

Having someone call me and tell me to close my eyes and do this really put things in to perspective and I felt like i needed to share it with anyone else that struggles with this.

Now making it my mission to focus on the good, and you should too❤️
