☀️ From tomorrow Holiday mode is ON! 🍹✈️
Just a little note to let everyone know that I'll be heading off to the beautiful Dominican Republic on Friday for some much-needed sun, sea, relaxation, and probably more than a few cocktails! 🌴🍹☀️
I'll be taking a short break, so any messages received while I'm away will be replied to when I return back to work on 22nd June. Thank you for your patience while I recharge my batteries.
I'll be sure to share some lovely holiday photos along the way! 📸🌊

🌊🏄‍♂️ I absolutely adored creating this cake for a much-loved 13-year-old surfer boy! 🏄‍♂️🌊
Every detail was handmade by me, from the hand-painted edible surfboards and palm tree to the surfer dude riding the waves on top. The beach-inspired design was such a fun cake to bring to life and perfect for a young surfing enthusiast.
And the surprise didn't stop on the outside! Inside were 5 layers of delicious orange-flavoured sponge, finished with a stunning blue ombré effect to match the ocean theme. 🌊🍊
A huge thank you to his auntie for choosing me to create this special cake and for sending over some fabulous photos and videos of the finished celebration. It means so much to see my cakes being enjoyed and making someone's day extra special. ❤️

This morning I had the pleasure of delivering the competition-winning cake to Overgate Hospice for their wonderful staff and patients.
After an incredible number of votes from you all, Overgate Hospice came out on top as the deserving winner.
The cake was a rich, multi-layered chocolate creation featuring: 🍫 A layer of chocolate buttercream with strawberry and cream meringue
🍫 A layer filled with chocolate and marshmallows
🍫 A final layer packed with chocolate and black cherry flavours
All finished with a generous topping of assorted chocolate bars for the ultimate chocolate lover's treat!
Thank you to everyone who took the time to vote. It was a pleasure to donate this cake, and I hope it brought a few smiles and was enjoyed by everyone at Overgate Hospice. ❤️🎂

A cake and cupcake combo along with a fantastic review 😀
An 8-inch vanilla and strawberry jam cake decorated in a green and white theme with matching cupcakes. Chocolate cupcakes with a chocolate sauce filling, lemon cupcakes with a lemon compote filling and caramel cupcakes with a homemade salted caramel filling all topped with vanilla bean buttercream 🤤
