I will discuss with you in full exactly what you are looking for before accepting your order. You will be also be asked about allergies, my cakes are baked in a Family kitchen so I cannot guarantee an allergy free environment. It is your responsibility to inform me of any allergies. There will be a deposit payable on an order being accepted, your order is not complete until
the deposit has been paid. The outstanding balance to be paid on collection. Deposits are refundable if a one week notice prior to collection date is given, anything under one week will not be given as I will have already bought in ingredients and any tools needed. I am unfortunately not always available to take last minute orders.. All orders must be collected from my address unless we have discussed delivering. Deliveries will incur a charge to cover petrol money. you will have an hours grace on the collection time we have discussed but every hour after that will incur a £5 late fee for inconvenience cost. On collection you will be asked to make sure everything with your order is correct, if you are happy you will be asked to sign for it. Orders signed for that have left the property are your responsibility, baked goods are fragile... I’ll supply you with a care note it’s up to you to follow it. In the unlikely event that an order does not satisfy taste or texture expectations you must contact me and arrange for the order contents to be returned within 24 hours. There will be no refunds if cake contents are not returned for inspection. Inspiration pictures are welcome but please bare in mind your finished order will never be 100% identical.
