Night Shift Baker / Bakery Assistant

Do you have a passion for bread making and baking?
Farmhouse Bakery in Halesworth
are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic person to join our night shift team. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a small business that takes pride in producing freshly made bread and bakery products every day.

About the Role

You will assist with all aspects of bread production, including:

Mixing dough and preparing ingredients

Operating bakery equipment

Hand moulding and shaping bread

Baking a variety of breads and rolls

Producing artisan breads to a high standard

Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards

What We're Looking For

Ideally, you will have experience in:

Dough mixing and bread production

Using bakery equipment

Hand moulding and shaping dough

Bread baking

Previous night shift experience would be an advantage, but it is not essential as full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Working Hours

Typically 5 nights per week from a possible 6 nights

Sunday night to Friday night

One regular night off during the week

Shifts are approximately 7–8 hours

Finish times are usually between 5:00am and 6:00am
