Watching it grow into something so loved, so beautiful, and so genuine has been deeply moving.

Every late night, every challenge, every smile and every bit of support you’ve shown me... I embraced it all with love, and I wouldn’t change this journey for anything. Along the way, I’ve made wonderful friendships and collected memories that I’ll cherish forever.
Now, with pride, gratitude, and a little sadness in my heart, I’m handing over my “baby”—something I’ve built with my own hands—to dear Esin Alpogan Mertsöz and Gorkem Mertsoz, two people I truly believe will love it just as much as I have.

Thank you for every cup of coffee, every slice of cake, every conversation, and every moment we’ve shared together. This isn’t the end of the story—it’s simply the beginning of a new chapter.
As for me, I’m taking a little time to rest before starting my next chapter. I’ll still be creating bespoke cakes and offering event catering, and I’m also working on something brand new that I can’t wait to share with you soon.
