BACK FRIDAY 🥐

Hey guys! We’re just getting our bakery back together and can’t wait to show you our new space. Probably more exciting if you’re a baker as we’ve just doubled our oven capacity and made our work space more efficient :)

There’s a couple of lovely aesthetic changes to Guisborough we can’t wait to share and we’re rolling out more coffee related tech across the sites to make things smoother, especially for Saltburn ahead of the summer where it can get a bit crazy at times.

But anyway, for tomorrow it’s deep clean day and get ready for the weekend 💘 thanks for your patience, can’t wait to welcome you all back

7 DAYS A WEEK 😮‍💨 👇

So excited to announce that from Monday June 8th Koselig will be open 7 days a week in both Saltburn & Guisborough.

We’ve got a few days of closures before that to get our new kitchen prepped and to start some renno jobs in Guisborough

Guisborough will be closed Monday 1st - Wednesday 3rd June and Saltburn Stokesley will also be closed on the Wednesday.

New 7 day opening times to get posted next week, but there’s more days & more hours for you to sink your teeth into 🌸

Until then come join our Rise & Run club Saturday morning 8.30am!

PASTRY IS BACK 😭 Our good friends at have fixed us up with a beautiful bake off oven after a pretty rough few weeks! We’re so back with the flaky, crispy and delicious bits that you all love

Berry Pavolvas 🍓

Aside from all the fun-bakery delicious big buns we’re making there’s also still room for a little elegance, demure and mindfulness (those are all words I think).

Our baking team have made some really light and delicious pavlovas, made with french meringue, mascarpone cream, strawberries & raspberries, and finished with a little flower 🌸🌸

Available in Guisborough today and then all three locations Saturday.

Remember - our Rise & Run Club is on 8.30 Saturday morning from Guisborough

STOP & SCROLL FOR BUNS 👉👉👉

So our counter for the next week is a little different, not because we hate you & want to deny you cruffins, we’re just waiting for a new bake-off oven.

With that said, we thought we’d do something completely different for us and go full blown FUN BAKERY. We’ve got Bueno, Jaffa and Oreo buns among loads of others.

Not that we’re not always fun. Right? 😭

Anyway, Pin Drop is on in Saltburn tomorrow evening - our Rise & Run Club hits the streets of Guisborough Saturday morning at 8.30am too 💘🌸
