We’re finally there 🥹 it’s cold, rainy and we LOVE it. Not least, because it makes the bakery a little cooler to work in but also because it’s suddenly so cosy.

OKAY so we made that up, but we’ve got 3 very good reasons to celebrate anyway

✨COOKIE DOUGH SUISSE cross laminated croissant dough filled with THICK custard + white chocolate chip cookie dough

✨CHOC & SEA SALT COOKIE soft, chewy, chocolatey + finished with sea salt

✨MALT COOKIE CRUFFIN rolled in malt cookie crumb + filled with malt chocolate crémeux

FRENCH CARAMELISED ONION & GRUYÈRE 🥐 🧀

October has graced us with TWO very cheesy, tangy and delicious croissant based parcels of goodness.

This month’s cross laminated Pain Suisse special is Gruyère and caramelised french onion whilst our staple square Danish is cheese and chive (one of your favourites ever).

We’re rolling through day 3 of October, but already we’re excited for Halloween & Bonfire Night and can’t wait to show you our end of month specials from the bakery 🫶💘

We’re going to run our Tiramisu Latte and Pumpkin Spiced chai for a little longer as you guys are wanting the iced drinks & to be honest it’s so warm and sunny we just think ‘why not?’ 🫶

With a few of our lovely staff being unwell recently, we’ve been takeaway a little more than usual.

WE’RE HIRING! BAKER / TRAINEE BAKER 💘📢

We’re looking for a baker or enthusiastic trainee baker to join our incredibly supportive team at Koselig due to expansion.

Whether you have commercial baking experience or you’re a talented home baker looking to turn your passion into a career, we’d love to hear from you 🫵

THE ROLE

You’ll be involved in:
• Baking off sourdough, brioche and pastries
• Decorating and finishing our bakes
• Supporting the team with daily bakery production
• Either learning our baking processes or contributing to them (based on experience)
• Mixing / Shaping our bakes (or learning how to)
• Loads of other fun stuff

Training can be provided for proficient home bakers who are keen to learn and develop their skills.

HOURS & PAY

• 4am starts on every shift
• 4 × 10-hour shifts or 5 x 8 hour shifts (based on full-time)
• Guisborough based

💷 Starting from £13.25 per hour plus a share of tips. May be negotiable with commercial baking experience.
