❤️ For Valentine’s Day, I made my husband chocolates. ❤️
He’s the one who taught me everything I know about making them, and during lockdown we spent hours in the kitchen together, creating batch after batch. Those sweet memories mean just as much as the chocolates themselves.

The ingredients are so expensive now — nearly £50 a bag for the chocolate we use — so it’s definitely a rare treat. But for him, and for us, it’s always worth every penny. ❤️

Homemade chocolate for the family & friends hampers for Christmas

It has been a couple years since we made our own chocolates .. I was limited with colours due to it being so long ago the dates had passed and finding a new company that sells the cocoa butter colours was a hard find .. seems most retailers have discontinued them. If anyone knows any company that sells Roxy and Rich let me know.
