My last cake for this week was a really special one, I,m told Georgia hasn’t had a birthday cake before so I was really pleased to have been asked to make this one , vanilla and caramel covered in white chocolate ganache and fondant finished with all hand made sugar decorations with Georgias favourite octopus

Bottom tier was tradition Victoria sponge with vanilla and strawberry filling
Top tier was triple chocolate 😋
