12” Lemon and fresh cream Cheesecake
My boyfriend was so excited that after a big meal he could enjoy a light and refreshing cheesecakes because sometimes cake is too much!

One happy birthday boy!

After a big meal of burgers, steaks and pasta we all enjoyed tucking in to this light and refreshing Lemon Chresecake topped with fresh cream and candied lemons, and yes we were all full but there’s always room for cake 🍰
