I have been making celebration cakes for the last 25 years, for family and close friends. Now after growing demand I have decided to take what was a hobby, seriously and provide the cakes you want.. A white chocolate and raspberry sponge cake filled with white chocolate buttercream and raspberry coulis.

A golf themed 50th birthday cake.
The number 5 was chocolate sponge filled with chocolate buttercream and the 0 was vanilla sponge filled with vanilla buttercream.
The golfer was handmade from modelling paste and dressed in the birthday boy's new golfing clothes. The water feature was asked for and was decorated with water Lillie's and reeds, surrounded with small sugarpaste pebbles.
