When the lovely guys from requested a 30th birthday celebration cake, but also some of my giant stuffed cookies it made sense to combine the 2 into this epic overload cake.
A biscoff drip and cookies stuffed with nutella, pistachio cream, bueno cream and biscoff, this really was the ultimate indulgence.

The next chance you'll get to get your hands on some of the cookies will be at you'll need to be quick though, they go fast!!

Yesterday I had the absolute privilege of joining the incredible guys from Norwich Droids at Industrial Light and Magic (ILM) in London for their Revenge of the Sith celebrations… and honestly, I’m not going to be over it for a long time.
These absolute legends built me my very own Tatooine Market Stall to show off my cakey creations, complete with a tiny porg companion keeping watch over the goods. Hopefully you’ll all get to fully immerse yourselves in the chaos of the galaxy’s most sugar-fuelled marketplace at GY Comicon and Norcon this year!
The menu included everything from my usual cupcakes and Wookiee Cookies to Porg Nests, Jabba the Do-Hutt brownies and Yodonut bronuts. (Yes, I peaked at “Yodonut.” I accept this.)
The feedback from the ILM staff genuinely had me beaming all evening. For a lifelong Star Wars nerd with buttercream permanently under her nails, it was one of those “is this actually real life?” moments.
And Norwich Droids… honestly, the effort, craftsmanship and dedication these guys put into everything they do is unreal. There’s a reason they get invited to events like this and seeing it all all unfold up close and actually being a part of it was incredible.
Also, getting to have a little nose around ILM itself... Unreal! I even got to hold a BAFTA - those things are heavy!
Jason, Tom, Anton and the rest of the crew… Thank you, you guys are The Best!
