Mulled Wine:
Red Velvet Sponge, with a Mulled Wine Glaze. A Orange and Cinnamon Buttercream, garnished with Dehydrated Orange, Cranberries, Cinnamon and a Mulled Wine Shot.
Limoncello Spritz:
A Lemon Sponge, filled with a Limoncello Curd. A Vanilla Buttercream, garnished with Dehydrated Lemon, a Lemon Sherbet Meringue and a Limoncello Shot.
Bucks Fizz:
A Seville Orange Sponge, filled with a Bucks Fizz Marmalade. A Champagne Buttercream, garnished with a Dehydrated Orange, a Golden Sparkling Chocolate and a Bucks Fizz Shot.
Kir Royale:
A Bourbon Vanilla Sponge, with a Blackcurrant Compote Filling. A Prosecco Buttercream, garnished with Dehydrated Blackcurrants, a Silver Sparkling Chocolate, Edible Glitter Snowflake and a Kir Royale Shot.
Egg Nog:
A Custard Sponge with a Brandy Glaze. An Armagnac Buttercream, garnished with a Maraschino Cherry, Edible Glitter Christmas Tree, Holly and an Advocat Shot.
HOW TO ORDER:
As these are Limited Edition & Made Fresh to order we require a 50% deposit on order and the remaining balance to be paid on Collection.
