The art of the macaron 😍 we've had lots of new followers recently and so we want to shout about what we do!

Luke and Tash make and bake everything that comes out of our kitchen, from the macaron shells to the ganaches, the pavlovas, the pastry, the tart shells...the list goes on! 🧑‍🍳👩‍🍳

Everything is handmade, in small batches and with no nasties to preserve our products to sit on shelves for days... or even weeks! Made for you as fresh as can be 🫶

We use the best ingredients we can get, real vanilla pods, organic flour, high quality Belgian chocolate, local farmers eggs 🚜 🥚

Despite rising costs, we stay true to this ethos, we stay true to our products and the best they can be. We hope you enjoy them 🍰🧁

A pistachio lovers dream 😍 pure indulgence with a delicious pistachio cream, paired with vibrant sweet and tart raspberries, in our buttery crisp pastry. A match made in heaven! 👌

Or our super creamy vanilla infused flan pâtissièr with subtle coconut and raspberry.
