The buzz of the kitchen on a Wednesday 👨‍🍳👩‍🍳

There's a lot of work that goes into making a counter look like this and there's plenty to be done still behind the scenes on the lead up to get everything perfect for tomorrow morning.

We've been busy since Monday prepping for our Thursday return. Wednesday's job list involves lots of cakes being iced, delicate patisseries are being crafted, and the final glazes and finishing touches are well underway ready for the final ex*****on tomorrow 👌

We are already looking forward to seeing this counter fully restocked tomorrow, and we lpok forward to seeing you!

✨️FESTIVE CLASSES✨️Don't panic we haven't gone crazy and started selling mince pies just yet...

BUT we have got a number of festive masterclasses now advertised from mince pies and mulled wine with Luke, to festive French baking with Sarah, and festive Christmas canapés.

These are booking up already....so don't wait and miss out!

We've also updated all classes too 👩‍🍳👨‍🍳
