if payment has not been received within 24 hours your order will not be secured. If you need to change the date or cancel your order I require 2 weeks notice
if 2 weeks or more notice has been given You will be offered a refund or credit note but please bare in mind if I have purchased items specifically for your order the cost of this will deducted. cakes - once a celebration cake is handed over to you I no longer accept responsibility for damage to the cake. if for any reason you are unhappy with your cake after cutting/tasting I must be notified within 24hours and I require the cake to be returned within 24 hours in order for me to inspect the Cake.

Last week we got creative with a wall in our BLOOM room. The girls covered it with their names, flowers, drawings and a huge BLOOM design before working together to transform it with our signature BLOOM pink.
I admit, handing a tin of paint, multiple paintbrushes and one roller to 10 young girls felt like a brave decision! But I wanted them to know that I trust them with responsibility and believe in what they are capable of.
What followed was incredible to watch. They communicated, took turns, showed patience, encouraged one another and worked together as a team. Each girl played a part in creating something special for the space they call their own.
Sometimes the biggest lessons aren’t taught sitting around a table. They’re learned through trust, teamwork, responsibility and being given the chance to shine.
I couldn’t be prouder of every single one of them.🌸

As many of you know, The Biscuit Lounge is now open by booking only.

Events can be booked through my booking page, but you can also contact me directly to arrange a biscuit decorating session or private party.

Last Friday I hosted an after-school session, and it reminded me just how special this little space is.

I’ve recently added sensory toys, including play dough, fidgets and squishies, alongside colouring activities and pens. This means that if your little artists finish decorating their biscuits quickly, there are plenty of other creative activities to enjoy while they’re here.

The Biscuit Lounge is more than just a place to decorate biscuits. It’s a welcoming, safe and creative space where children can relax, express themselves and simply enjoy being creative in their own way.

One of my favourite parts of what I do is meeting the wonderful children and families who visit. I love seeing confidence grow, imaginations flourish and friendships form.

I can’t wait for more local families to discover this little gem on their doorstep.
