This cake was made for my beloved Grandad who turned 89 this year! As a young boy he was evacuated to Southwold in the war and we try to take him back every year and indulge his love of the lighthouse and the beach huts. So we gave him a little slice of Southwold... Oh and of course the lighthouse had to really light up! That face says it all right... 😍
