💔 A Heartfelt Goodbye 💔

After 5 wonderful years, we’ve made the very difficult decision to close Chrystal's on 10th October.

We want to take a moment to say thank you — for every visit, every purchase, every kind word, and for simply being part of our journey. You’ve made Chrystals more than just a business; you’ve made it a family and a community.

As we close this chapter, we’ll carry the memories, smiles, and support you’ve given us forever. 💙

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for letting us serve you.

We will keep our Social media page open and if we start a new venture we will let you know.

We will be open on the 10th for anyone that wants to stop by for a farewell hug 🥰

Chrystal's will be closed until Thursday 11th of September as we take a short break.
This is not just a holiday, we are also taking time out to make decisions about our future in Gravesend.
Its no secret that things have been very tough for us since the hours at the market changed when Hatch launched, and we lost a lot of customers because of this and possibly also the lack of spending money. We knew a coffee shop would possibly struggle in the Hatch and we have tried to adjust our menu offering by bringing on our Pasta la Vista range and also more recently, Sins Desserts but we are still struggling.
I hope, when we open again on the 10th, we will see some of you there and if any changes are to be made we will let you all know in good time.
Thankyou for being our customers, we appreciate everyone who comes to us.
