The Lucia’s cheese and onion pasty. Slowly slowwwwly cooked onions, salt, pepper, mature cheddar, puff pastry. That’s it. They’ve remained the same ever since my dad first made them all those years ago in little Lucia’s and they’re bloody delicious.

Also plan for the rest of this week… Today (Thursday) and Friday BIG SHOP. Saturday and Sunday LITTLE SHOP.
