This weeks toastie is an absolute belter 🐷

Roasted Nairnshire pork, apple, whole grain mustard, lemon, chorizo, fresh sage, Emmental & Manchego cheese

Pork is from Grants of Speyside our local butcher.
👩‍🍳 We marinated the shoulder of pork in organic apple juice, fresh sage, garlic, fennel seeds & chorizo for 48 hours before roasting.

Packed in our homemade bread & toasted she’s a banger not to be missed 🙌
