I’ve got to be honest, I really didn’t think I’d ever make a cake of Preston Bus Station!

Seriously, it’s just not something that ever crossed my mind….but here we go, evidence below!

I was commissioned by Kaelin’s Mum to create this ‘All About Me’ cake for Kaelin as a surprise and what a pleasure it was to be part of it.

What could be more apt for travel fan, K, than a suitcase? Complete with signage of some of the places she’s visited so far, a model of her with her passport and BBQ Lays from her travels too. We got on there her favourite flowers, in blue, a nod to her love of shopping and also the sport of Gymnastics which she adores. And finally a cat and dog representing her love of animals and her Pet sitting business, Pet Pals Pet Care.

Only 21 and already packed a fabulous lot in!

Probably my favourite flavour too, delicious vanilla and chocolate marble cake, coated in white chocolate ganache and Couture fondant. Models etc all made using Saracino modelling paste.

It’s been a while due to me having to be patient whilst I get my health back on an even keel ( almost there 🤞) but I couldn’t say no to this!
I was thrilled to be asked to make my Great Nephew’s 1st birthday cake last week. 🦁🦛🦒🐒🐘🦓🍃

I love making these ‘chocolate’ bouquets!

These 3 were for an order for Christmas. All personalised too.

The Debbie was chockablock ( see what I did there?! ) with chocolate and was a whopper! 🍫🍫🍫🍫
You can’t really tell the size of it from the picture so I’ve added a pic of the box it was shipped in, (the top one in the picture.)It filled the whole box.

My fabulous Auntie turned 85 on Christmas Day and to keep her birthday as ‘un-Christmassy’ as possible, we settled on bright pink for her cupcakes 🩷🧁
