There’s lots of new followers here, so I thought I’d reintroduce myself to the newbies❤️

The face behind the business!
Hello ☺️ I'm Gina,a mamma to a five year old ❤️
I started baking as a hobby while studying for my law degree for family and friends, this progressed into friends of friends asking for orders so I registered as a business owner and I was awarded a 5* food and hygiene certificate by my local council ✨
I have a bake shed that is open most weekends 11am-7pm Saturday and Sunday and also take orders for collections and able to post most of my bakes if you’re not local ☺️
I look forward to sharing my journey with you all and appreciate all of your support!

Overwhelmed with the support I’ve had this weekend 🫶🏻

Bringing back my most popular bakes from last year this morning! My old friends-they used to sell out so quickly!
Golden custard cream crunch pots/Maltesers crunch pots and Brownie bites, packed with mini squares of fudgy brownies, perfect for sharing (personally I’d keep it for myself 🤭) back open at 11am-7pm! I also have more mini egg and classic cookies for you ☺️

A very busy morning and late night getting more bakes ready for the bake shed and orders ready for this morning 😮‍💨
I’m so overwhelmed with the support I received after my post- particularly Facebook, I had people come out who cleared the shed in an hour! I had hundreds of messages, new followers, and businesses, mostly from people I’ve never met! So so thankful ❤️ I’m lucky to have the most amazing community
Now to label them all up ready for opening at 11! (Until 7pm or sellout) I have lots of cookie dough made up for the NYC mini egg cookies but they take a little longer so might be out a little later but will go as quick as I can. DM if you would like to order a cookie box for collection, thanks again 🫶🏻 Gina

From no customers to almost being sold out in an hour 😭❤️
Thank you so much to everyone who came out after seeing my post and for your lovely messages of support and shares!

Embarrassing to admit, but this is the reality of being a small business owner sometimes… 🥲

Two full days of baking, a 4am start… and no customers 💔
(Also means I missed a camping trip with my family😭)

Baking got me through uni, and I still love it-but lately it’s been feeling like a very expensive hobby. I ended up giving a lot of bakes away last weekend just so they didn’t go to waste.

I completely understand that things are tight for everyone right now, and I’ve kept my prices as low as I possibly can despite rising costs.

But if you ever see a small business (especially friends & family) pop up on your feed, even something as simple as a like, comment or share really does make a huge difference 🤍

And to everyone who already supports me- you genuinely do mean the world ❤️

Happy Friday! The bake shed is back open 9am-7pm (or sellout)
I have limited stock today- & still working my way through my stockpile of Easter chocolates so you’ll still find, Malteser bunny & mini egg cookies, mini egg brownies, creme egg brownies,paint your own biscuit kits and sweet cones
Today you’ll also find classic milk chocolate and white chocolate and raspberry cookies, Battenberg blondies and drinks! Location- across from Legh street Park- WA33NY- Payment by QR code please
