Getting more fruit ready to soak in brandy for Christmas puddings and cakes! Strictly speaking these should all have been made by now but I’ve had a few late orders.. It does not matter because I a) use loads extra fruit anyway and b) leave the fruit for a couple days longer absorbing all that brandy. The result is still a luscious cake or pudding such as you’ve never tasted before!

Back by popular demand, I’m making Christmas cake and puddings to order this year. I wasn’t going to but I’ve been asked to create several so here I am! I use the best ingredients: vine fruits soaked in brandy, Italian candied peel, French glacé cherries, nuts, all kinds of fruit plus orange, almond, vanilla, spice and my cakes and puddings are packed with flavour.
Made to order only and delivered locally and in London, shipped worldwide.

Our Christmas cake is baking in the oven as I write this and the aroma is HEAVENLY! May I bake your Christmas cake or pudding this year?
I make traditional and delicious Christmas cakes and Christmas puddings to order using the finest vine fruits, cognac, Italian candied peel, Madagascan vanilla, cherries, apricots, figs and even a few prunes with homemade marzipan and Royal icing (for the cakes) and complete with hidden coin in the Christmas pud. All beautifully decorated and packaged. Very reasonably priced too - you’d easily pay double for these anywhere else!

Small - 20

Autumn is here - a wonderful time of year and though the sun is still shining and the days are bright, September is the best month to start Christmas baking! Why? Because these gorgeous creations are incredibly delicious and luxurious - luxury takes time.
