AUTUMN BOX NOW LIVE!!! 🚨🍁

Okay so this Autumn we did something a little different…🍂

We didn’t dream up five brand new flavours. We went back through everything we’ve ever made and brought back the five you loved the most!!

All fan favourites, back on the menu for the first time... together 🤝 ❤️ (and some of them have even been improved with all components now being made in-house!)

Macadamia & White Chocolate Cookie Dough 🍪
👉 A brookie loaded with white chocolate and macadamia that I genuinely cannot stop eating in the kitchen (the team have started hiding it from me)

Toffee Apple Blondie 🍏
👉 And the one you vote for every. single. year. Toffee apple, caramel shards, proper butterscotch pockets. Gooey, chewy, everything you could want.

Campfire S’mores Brownie 🏕️
👉 We stacked house made marshmallow fluff and our own graham cracker crumble into a brownie that tastes like an actual campfire s’more (minus the smoke in your hair)

Frosted Cinnamon Bun Blondie ꩜
👉 An entire blondie built around the best part of a cinnamon bun... the gooey middle... finished with our own recipe, cream cheese frosting on top. Phwoar.

Fudgy Crunch Brownie 🍫
👉 The one we made WITH a group of students from Gloucester Academy, FOR everyone... it’s sold out at Gloucester Services not once but twice!! So this was a non negotiable for this box.

Big news from the kitchen 🍫👩‍🍳: our Head Baker Anita is leaving us!🥲

Before you panic… no, she doesn’t hate us. She’s just spent the last however-many years getting seriously good at this job, and now she’s off to go and be brilliant somewhere bigger. I’m gutted, but I couldn’t be prouder!! 💜

Which means we’ve got a proper opportunity on our hands: we’re hiring a Production & Operations Manager 👑, and it’s a genuinely JUICY role.

Here’s the details:

⏰ Full-time, 40 hours a week, on-site at our bakery in Gloucester
🪑 A seat at the senior leadership table
🌱 The chance to shape a growing, ambitious independent brand from the inside

If you’ve got food production/bakery leadership experience 🥐, HACCP fluency 📋, spreadsheet confidence 📊, and enough people-management chops to lead with both high standards and warmth ❤️ take this as your sign! ✨
