Fathers Day Pre-orders

Need to be in by Tuesday 17th at 6pm and also collected 20th June, between 9am-12pm.

Brownie Slab, similar to the attached photo, with added chocolates, sweets and sprinkles £22

Cupcakes, similar to the photo, 6 will be £15, 12 will be £28

Cheesecakes 6" feeds 6 starts at £15

Cream tea - Plain or fruit scones with jam and clotted cream £8

As always happy to make anything which i haven't mentioned, larger cakes, towers.

Pop Up Shop also 20th, so if you dont want to pre-order, I will have lots of goodies available to pick a mix.
A box and father day topper will be available, but this will be at an extra charge, to my £3 each or 4 for £10

Thank you to the ones who gave feedback yesterday
Im going to change my June's pop up Shop to 20th now.
The reason it was 6th, was because Cakes By Kathryn Freebrey is turning 6 on 4th July, so I wanted a pop up shop on that day, but they will be too close together now, so will have to change my July one, to 18th July, first day of the summer holidays, so hoping its not a mistake.
I won't be having another one then, until September

I've been thinking about fathers Day and wanted some feedback.

I'm meant to be having my Pop up shop this Saturday, 6th June, but I'm wondering if it would be better to have it in a few weeks time, 20th June and l corporate father's day into it, so you can come and pick a box, for fathers day weekend

What do you all think?

Keep it 6th
Or
Move it 20th

I will also have pre-orders menu available for collection 20th

I've had a few days off and it was lovely, back to work today.
Being a baker, and all my fellow baker's will agree, we have to think ahead all of the time.
So for instance I have an order going out Tuesday, for a cake and also 24 cupcakes. The cupcakes are having some fondant toppers on, which I need to make by hand, so that means I have to make them today or tomorrow, so they have enough time to set, ready to go on the cupcakes, Tuesday.
I also have to think what else I may need to achieve the order, do I have enough ingredients to make the cakes monday? Do I need any other decorations? Do I have enough food colouring? Do I have enough fondant? Do I have a cake board and box suitable, all these little things that probably aren't thought about by the customer.
We work late nights, we work early mornings, we even work sundays, some cakes can take weeks, and we dont get it 100% all of the time, we've had alot to think about and yes, I know we are being paid, but I dont get minimum wage and I am human, so please just be kind.

We've had a few days away in Looe, staying with some friends and I think everyone else had the same idea, as it was bloody rammed.
We've been getting up early to do things, then going back to theirs, for a break from the sun and chaos 🤣🤣🤣
We walked to Polperro yesterday, which was just over 6 miles, had a breakfast, then got the bus back. Thats definitely the worst part for me, waiting for the bus. 1hr 15 minutes.
I always like to see the positives, so the positive was, we were waiting in the shade.
