I haven't made a 3d cake for ages. This cute dog was made for a little girls 9th birthday. Her Nan contacted me to ask if I could make her something special to celebrate her birthday and themed on her new puppy. It's a madiera sponge with vanilla buttercream, raspberry jam, white chocolate ganache then topped with saracino sugarpaste. I always use this for my fondant cakes as its so workable and tastes like marshmallows 😋

A very quick birthday cake for Alfie this year. The brief was Spurs colours, vanilla and raspberry jam. I knew that with Alfie it was going to be all about how it tasted rather than lots of decoration and it certainly met the objective. It was absolutely delicious.
