I haven't made a 3d cake for ages. This cute dog was made for a little girls 9th birthday. Her Nan contacted me to ask if I could make her something special to celebrate her birthday and themed on her new puppy. It's a madiera sponge with vanilla buttercream, raspberry jam, white chocolate ganache then topped with saracino sugarpaste. I always use this for my fondant cakes as its so workable and tastes like marshmallows 😋

May the force be with you! One of my lovely customers asked me to make an R2D2 cake for her husbands 50th birthday. It's a vanilla sponge with vanilla buttercream and raspberry jam, covered with a white chocolate ganache layer and saracino sugarpaste covering.

Another fondant cake using my new sugarpaste but this time the brief was dinosaurs for a little boys 4th birthday. The cake was an 8" vanilla sponge with vanilla buttercream and raspberry jam which is the perfect combination.

A very quick birthday cake for Alfie this year. The brief was Spurs colours, vanilla and raspberry jam. I knew that with Alfie it was going to be all about how it tasted rather than lots of decoration and it certainly met the objective. It was absolutely delicious. I have a new fondant which tastes an absolute dream. Just like marshmallow 😋 😍
