Almond croissant cookies, honestly one of my favourite creations!!🤤

A brown butter cookie dough loaded with white chocolate, almond flakes, frangipane and a dusting of icing sugar 😍 these beauties were dropped off to the lovely 🤎

Not every event has to be a super quick sell-out to be a success, and this is something I’ve learnt 🤎

Even after almost 7 years of doing this, I still get caught up in the “hype” and find myself thinking that if I’m not selling out quickly, I’m not doing as well.

But actually… the biggest win is realising that I baked enough to cater to everyone who showed up. And honestly, that feels like a pretty big success to me 🙏🏽🫶🏽

So, thank you to everyone who came along, supported me and made it such a lovely one!! ✨

I’m thinking I might bring something extra special for the last one… what do you think? 👀

Thank you Gloucester for showing up yesterday🫶🏽 my 3rd home pop up and you guys continue to blow me away, there was already a queue forming at 9.50am😭

What do you think, should I do one last one before the summer holidays end?🤭
