It's been awhile...
How are you?
Its felt so strange not being on my page, I still have a couple of odd cakes to make for friends & family. Here's today's..
It felt so strange to pull everything back out, can't believe it's been over a month since I made a birthday cake!
But... today my hands are sore and my children didn't get to spend Friday night with me, then I remember why I had to close the business, it's not been easy, some days I feel like a failure and some I'm on top of the world that when I come home from work I can actually switch off until the next day (which NEVER happened when running my own business). The business took over my life and with 3 children, trying to find a work life balance (when working from home) is IMPOSSIBLE, I tried everything.
So for now I'll keep popping by with the odd cakes I make to keep this page a memory for me and my family 💛
