I was labelled the Crazy Cake Lady because I was always baking and creating food like a mad professor and I was never out of the kitchen! I am a great lover of baking and cake making and am always creating something special. I started cake decorating at college back in 1995 but when I gave birth to my beautiful daughter in 1997 I began studying and working in Early Years which allowed me to work a

nd take care of her at the same time, I worked in various educational roles until 2013 when my cake decorating business then became my full time job and has been ever since. During my time in education I also obtained a BA, degree in Art, Design and Humanities which I am very proud of. Before moving back to Fife I ran a cake shop/cafe for a short while which reignited my passion for baking and cake decorating. Now along with my love of art and baking combined and my determination I hope to create some really special and delicious cakes and treats for everyones taste and style. Hello September! How quick did that come round! 😳🍁
I’ll let you in to a little secret, my Christmas decorations are already down from the loft and waiting patiently in my spare room (mainly because I never had time to put them away last year!!)🙈
It got later and later so now I’ve just decided to put them back up super early this year!
Is September too early??! 🤣😋

Well it’s never too early for the autumn flavours so from now on you’ll see cinnamon, apple, pumpkin, maple…all those lovely seasonal flavours every week at C&C 😃

Everything you eat here at C&C is freshly prepared and made (right in front of you) on the premises 🥰

I’ve made you a totally delicious and moreish pistachio Tiramisu! 😃

Not only is this silky deliciousness homemade but it’s also made using our very own The Roasting Project - Coffee Roastery Dark Matter blend, the same coffee we serve in our delicious drinks! 😜

Oh my it’s scrumptious! 😍
