Caramel and Crumbs Hi, my name is Jo, some of you know me and know that I am a bit crazy, full of fun and very arty. Prices for cakes vary so please pm me with any queries.

I was labelled the Crazy Cake Lady because I was always baking and creating food like a mad professor and I was never out of the kitchen! I am a great lover of baking and cake making and am always creating something special. I started cake decorating at college back in 1995 but when I gave birth to my beautiful daughter in 1997 I began studying and working in Early Years which allowed me to work and take care of her at the same time, I worked in various educational roles until 2013 when my cake decorating business then became my full time job and has been ever since. During my time in education I also obtained a BA, degree in Art, Design and Humanities which I am very proud of. Before moving back to Fife I ran a cake shop/cafe for a short while which reignited my passion for baking and cake decorating. Now along with my love of art and baking combined and my determination I hope to create some really special and delicious cakes and treats for everyones taste and style. Also in other news…Dani's Art and Tattoos / dcsss_tattoo held an amazing TikTok live last night, where all the very talented ladies in Apricity Eighteen Tattoo Studio tattooed some pumpkins just for the Halloween season! 🎃

Dani tattooed pumpkins for my shop again this year and they are unreal!!
My fantastic logo with my carrot cake, strawb tart and coffee and the most awesome skeleton with his coffee and cinnamon bun!
Honestly I LOVE them so much!

Can’t stay away from the custard creams just now so I’ve made you a Custard Cream millionaires!
Yes it messy, yes it’s very gooey and yes you’ll get in a sticky hot mess if you eat one, but why not?! 😜

Also the XL Bakewell scones are in and the stickiest, most chocolatey Mars Bar Cake!

May as well just be prepared to get messy today 😋

Thursdays come back round again and tbh I always feel like Thursday is more of a hump day than Wednesday. Just over half way but not quite got that weekend feeling yet. 🥳
Probably because we’re open Saturday but Thursday is still our chilled day which is always a lovely atmosphere 😎

So today we’ve made you the decadent Malteser cheesecake and some more of those scrummy caramel, apple and cinnamon tarts! 😍

Back at it today with some mouthwatering goodies and fresh breakfasts and lunches for you all 🥰

I’ve now got the lovely Chloe back from maternity helping with the baking workload, which is fantastic because I’ve actually got a couple of evenings back already!!
(Admittedly I just fill them with admin duties but it’s work that’s getting done rather than queuing up!) 😅

So today me and Chloe! Have made you a gorgeous Salted Caramel cheesecake! As well as a tonne of delicious traybakes, carrot cake, strawberry, raspberry and apple tarts (made with homemade coulis and purées!)
Cinnamon buns, mega cookies, scones and guess what’s back?!

The Apple Cinnamon crumble pots 🍎 Homemade apple filling, with a buttery crumble topping and either custard or icecream!
Perfect for this time of year! 🍂

Sit in or takeaway, the choice is yours 😋

Part of running your own business also means keeping up with legal requirements and training so yesterday C&C and Apricity Eighteen Tattoo Studio underwent our Fire Marshal course to ensure we keep both customers and ourselves safe 👩‍🚒
Safe to say, the training was fun as well as hugely important 🔥
Thankyou to Scott at Firewise Scotland for delivering such an informative and eye opening course👌🏻

I love driving to work on a Saturday morning, cos the roads are empty, very little traffic, no hold ups and straight through the roundabouts with ease ☺️
The only downside is that all those folk that are not on the road are maybe still in their lovely, cosy beds!
And it was chilly this morning! 🥶

So when you do get up and about and you’re raring to go, I def think you should head here to have a delicious fresh breakfast or a scrummy lunch!
Or you can takeaway for later when you’re relaxing and chillin on your Saturday night 🤗

There’s so much here and I’ve got some amazing newbies too 👌🏻

Filled with cream, caramel sauce and homemade apple purée made from homegrown apples given to me by one of my lovely neighbours! 🥰

And that’s such a great thing cos I’m really grateful for the custom and appreciate you all popping into try out the wares here at C&C 🥰

So I made you something cool today, using the viral M&S custard cream spread (of course!)
Custard Cream cookie Dough Pie 😃

On top of that beauty, you’ve got all the usual suspects including a Malteser crunch, the Caramel Gateux, cinnamon buns, raspberry and white chocolate cheesecake, traybakes, large cakes, scones and cookies!
