I was labelled the Crazy Cake Lady because I was always baking and creating food like a mad professor and I was never out of the kitchen! I am a great lover of baking and cake making and am always creating something special. I started cake decorating at college back in 1995 but when I gave birth to my beautiful daughter in 1997 I began studying and working in Early Years which allowed me to work a
nd take care of her at the same time, I worked in various educational roles until 2013 when my cake decorating business then became my full time job and has been ever since. During my time in education I also obtained a BA, degree in Art, Design and Humanities which I am very proud of. Before moving back to Fife I ran a cake shop/cafe for a short while which reignited my passion for baking and cake decorating. Now along with my love of art and baking combined and my determination I hope to create some really special and delicious cakes and treats for everyones taste and style.
