One of my favourite days of the month. It’s so easy to get caught up in the day to day of running a business that sometimes the best thing you can do is stop.

Yesterday wasn’t about making granola, it was about working on the business instead of in it! Taking the time to reflect, share ideas, celebrate the wins and look at how we can make next month even better.

It’s amazing what can come from simply taking the time to listen to each other. We left with fresh ideas, a clear plan and ready for the next few weeks ahead.

A day well spent! A little appreciation for Marnie too. Thank you for everything you do. You work so hard and I’m so grateful to have you on this journey with me ✨👩🏻‍🍳
