What an amazing day at the Bidfood Supplier Showcase.

Yesterday was all about showcasing Nakey Bakey, connecting with the Bidfood team and meeting so many other businesses across the food industry. It was an amazing opportunity to showcase our range alongside so many other suppliers and hearing people’s feedback on our granola was definitely a highlight. It still gives me such a buzz seeing people enjoy it 🥹

We also teamed up with Rowan Glen pairing our granola with their yoghurt for the day. It was great getting to know their team and hearing more about their business. Thank you Stuart.

One of the best parts of the day was chatting to so many people and hearing about their businesses. I left on such a high and still I have to pinch myself that this is my life ❤️

Nakey Bakey but heat it up! Salted Caramel Nakey Bakey granola, greek yogurt, milk, medjool dates, dark chocolate, pinch sea salt and honey. 10/10, would definitely recommend 😍

Our reformulated Mixed Berry flavour is now rolling out into Scotmid stores. We’ve switched to freeze dried raspberries, cherries and blackberries from Bruce Farms in Perthshire, bringing even more real fruit into the granola, while also lowering the sugar and increasing the fibre! A win 😍

It’s been crazy seeing Nakey Bakey go from pitching to Scotmid last year to now packing so many pallets ready for their shelves.

Winning the Scotmid Favourites Competition has made such a difference to the business. It gave us the opportunity to get Nakey Bakey into a supermarket, reach so many new customers and gave other people the confidence to back us too.

So if you’re a Scottish food or drink business thinking about applying this year, honestly, go for it. You never know what can happen, or how much can change from one application ✨

No better way to start a Sunday morning than with a run, especially when the sun is out, followed by my favourite post run routine.

Coconut water with lime and sea salt for natural electrolytes, then a granola bowl with Nakey Bakey. Coconut yoghurt, raspberries, chopped coconut, honey and Mixed Berry Nakey Bakey.

I’ve been appreciating life and my health so much over the last few months and getting back to running and feeling stronger than before has made me appreciate it even more.

My Endometriosis journey has shaped so much of who I am, how I live and why I do what I do.
