My name is Marina and I’m baker/cake decorator based in Southside of Glasgow, Scotland.

I started baking just as a hobby but with time it became more of a passion for me. Since then I've graduated from Glasgow City of College with NC Bakery, HNC Patisserie, HND Professional Cookery. I also have Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate. All my cake are freshly made from scratch. Each of the cakes is individually priced depending on its size, flavour and decorations required. A non-refund

able deposit of £15 has to be made in order to secure your cake booking. Please order your cake at least two weeks in advance. At the moment COLLECTIONS ONLY.

Since I've gained so many new followers recently, I thought it was time to 𝗿𝗲𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗲 𝗺𝘆𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳…

So, if you're new here – 𝙒𝙚𝙡𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙚! And if you've been following for a while – hi again 👋🏼😁

I'm the face behind the cakes, cupcakes and sweet things you see here 🎂🍰🧁

I'm originally from Poland, but Glasgow has been home for almost 20 years now.

I run a small, home-based baking business here in Glasgow (almost 5 years now! 🤯), and I spend my weekends at Barras Market — (it marked 4 years back in July 🥳 ) — sharing my bakes with lovely people like you 😊🍰

Alongside my weekend stall, I also take 𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺 𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 for cakes and cupcakes 🎂 — birthdays, celebrations, or just because 😉

Still a one-woman business, still baking everything myself and still learning something new every day ✨

I love creating treats that not only look good, but actually taste good too — from my 𝗪𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗼𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲 & 𝗥𝗮𝘀𝗽𝗯𝗲𝗿𝗿𝘆 blondies to a proper 𝙊𝙡𝙙 𝙎𝙘𝙝𝙤𝙤𝙡 cake, best enjoyed at home with custard and many more 🍰

But when I'm not baking, I'm probably overthinking a caption, coming up with new bake ideas… or somehow turning a "quick task" into a 2-hour mission 🙄😅🤣

Being AUDHD definitely keeps life interesting sometimes 🫠 But I'm always trying my best — and I'm really proud of how far this little business has come ✨

𝙒𝙤𝙬… 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙖 𝙬𝙚𝙚𝙠𝙚𝙣𝙙! 🤯🥹💗

I'm honestly still on cloud 9 – and it's not just because of how busy it was (I genuinely can't believe it 🤯) – it's all the 𝙡𝙤𝙫𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙨𝙪𝙥𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙩 I felt over the weekend. This whole month has been great, but last weekend was 𝘼𝙈𝘼𝙕𝙄𝙉𝙂 – truly the cherry on top. 🍒

Looking back at my very first weekend at Barras four years ago makes everything about last weekend feel even more special. 🥹

So, 𝙏𝙃𝘼𝙉𝙆 𝙔𝙊𝙐 so much to everyone who came by my stall at Barras Market last weekend – whether you're one of my returning customers or you tried my cakes for the very first time, I truly appreciate every single visit. 💖 And to my regulars who keep coming back week after week – you honestly mean the world to me. 🥰

I honestly wasn’t expecting this weekend to be quite as incredible as it was — definitely one of my best weekends at Barras Market so far this year! 🩷✨

It's been a hot minute since I had this flavour at my cake stall... but someone recently asked me about it, so I thought I might bring it back and see how it sells this time 👀

My 𝘾𝙤𝙛𝙛𝙚𝙚 & 𝙒𝙖𝙡𝙣𝙪𝙩 𝙘𝙖𝙠𝙚 is returning to the stall! 😁

I'm not a coffee drinker myself but I love this cake – soft coffee sponge, crunchy walnuts and that lovely coffee buttercream ☕

Available this weekend alongside my other delicious homemade cakes 🍰
