Good sunny morning!! 😬☀️

First things first....one of you lovely peeps sneakily left or place a small bowser figure toy amongst my others. If you accidentally left it, it's here for you but if you sneakily gave me it, thank you so much 😬

Back to the yummy soft buns. They're out and chilling and waiting for you. 😍 it's perfect for on the go and a good snack.

Although the sun is shining though it's low-key cold but it isn't going to stop me from having an iced drink 👀

I was craving something chocolatey but didn't want coffee so made myself an iced caramelised banana chocolate 🤤 iced chocolate drinks are sooooo under-rated in my opinion. 🙄

Anyways, tomorrow is father's day so why not pop down and grab a yummy cake or dessert pots and treat him tomorrow with cake for breakfast 😋

Caramelised onion and mushroom with orzo 🤤

I also have some savoury croissants such as:
- chimmichuri beef with pickles
- tuna sweetcorn, wasabi mayo
- kimchi, ham & cheese

Special cheesecake pot this week is a caramel Honeycomb cheesecake along with a special cake slice....

It's been a busy day today at FRESH...guess some of you have been buying treats to keep you awake for the game tonight 😅

I didn't realise that Monday is going to be a one off bank holiday until it was mentioned to me 👀

I WILL BE OPEN ON MONDAY for a few hours from 10-5 incase you want a sweet treat to help cure your 2 day hangover 🤣

Last but not least, you have been enjoying the japanese shio pan so I've decided to make more for tomorrow so more of you can try this little delight 🥰

A sunny, cold yet sleepy Saturday 😴

But I managed to get in on time and get all the FRESH buns all baked off!

The past month I have been trialling this amazing bun from Japan called shio pan AKA salt bread.

It's a soft, fluffy and buttery bun with a chewy and crispy exterior. Think of a fried bread cross over a bagel and a soft fluffy brioche.🙊

With a small chunk of butter in the middle of the bun, when baked, it melts and seeps out thus frying the bottom of the bun to create a crispy bottom. 😍 i have made a small selection for you to try so be down early if you want to try this gorgeous bun!

Aswell as this new bun, I have swapped out my cookies and created 2 new ones....🥰

- pandan, pineapple jam, coconut and white choc

- white choc, strawberry and mochi

Pop along for some freshly baked buns and some of my delicious cakes and sweet treats with your morning/afternoon drinks 😁

Good morning 🥰

It's finally a FRESH week at FRESH! Another week full of FRESH yummy cakes and bakes and sweet treats😍🤤

Last Saturday was my first time making a vegan cake and I think I'm a tad addicted to the sponge 👀 today i have made a VEGAN strawberries and cream with choc cake and it's such a wee delight 🥰

But yeah, If you had my vegan cakes, please let me know your thoughts 🥰

Two new cookies also available thats are replacing the last two....

- Strawberry white choc and mochi
- white choc pineapple coconut

I have also soft launched a few of the new cheesecake pot to see reaction and surprisingly you enjoyed it.

A new cheesecake pot featuring a chocolate brownie base topped with my much loved cream cheese mixture and toppings/addition.

This week it's a peanut butter brownie cheesecake pot 😍

Anyways, I'm here until 4 on this rainy day so pop down to see what's available and what youd love to chill with later.

Good morninggg 🥰🥰

Thank you for such a busy weekend! You guys cleared me out of my cakes but I've managed to Replenish most of the cakes but I've also baked off a tonne of my yummy filled buns! From the likes of savory ones like salt and chilli chicken, hot & spicy beef, garlic mushroom and also my pineapple bun range.....cookie crusted milk bun with various fillings.

Today, I am having a caramelised banana matcha with a biscoff cold foam to beat the crappy weather 😅.

The past 2 days, I've also been playing about with creating some vegan cakes. Unfortunately I'm not able to produce vegan cakes with my much loved cloud cake recipe to create something really light and fluffy. HOWEVER, I have been experimenting with another recipe and produced a cake that I think it's preppy amazing for a vegan cake.

A vanilla and pandan sponge with vanilla buttercream topped with raspberry and coconut.

This is me for the week. Closed until Thursday to prepare more yummy delight 🥰

Cheesecakes.....😍

Whether you choose a no-bake cheesecake pot or FRESH's basque cheesecake (Spanish style baked cheesecake) you're guarantee a smooth, creamy, velvety dessert that will tingle your tastebuds and wanting more.

Despite it being such a big pot, they are that light that you don't feel it's too much especially the strawberry or the mango one. The refreshing jelly, fruit bits and the popping balls just gives it that little bit more freshness.

The basque cheesecakes have been a staple here since the beginning and it still remains one of the much loved item that I make 🥰 honestly though....you HAVE NOT tried cheesecake until you've tried a basque. It'll change your view of cheesecake 😋

I'm here until 5 for any sweet treat fix 😁
