Autumn is that you I see?
Yesterdays wedding cake delivery waved goodbye to 2026 summer orders and welcomed in the autumn theme. A 2 tier semi naked cake, finished with fresh cherries and foliage. The flavours were of course chocolate Guinness and vanilla raspberry.

No edits - just a single tier long cake in situ Crossbasket Castle

Daniella and Blair celebrated their wedding this weekend with an intimate castle celebration. They wanted something that felt effortless and perfectly fitting for such a special occasion. I couldn’t be more obsessed with how it all came together.

There’s something so lovely about creating cakes for smaller celebrations. Every detail still carries so much meaning, and this one was no exception.

And the flavour, you ask? Banana brown sugar 🍌 A classic moist banana sponge layered with silky brown sugar swiss meringue buttercream… one of my absolute favourites.

I have been far too quiet on here recently.

I may have squeezed in a little holiday amongst the wedding season busyness… but I’m back with a bang - this week I’m back in the kitchen creating two beautiful wedding cakes, and I can’t wait to share them with you.

It’s officially wedding season and we’re all just in it trying to survive (and we wouldn’t have it any other way)

My favourite part of it all is your finals shots. Those candid moments of cake cutting, tiramisu eating and smiles, carefully selected by your photographers.

Looking back, it’s one of the projects that really pushed me creatively and helped shape the direction I want my work to grow in.

I’ve found myself drawn to bolder colour palettes lately, with the aim of making them feel just as classy and timeless as the all-white babes 🤍🍰

A styled shoot of dreams

With wedding season in full swing I can’t help but look back at the quiet before the storm.

A long wedding cake (2 tier) with vintage piping, topped with fresh raspberries. Flavours inside were chocolate Guinness and strawberry sourdough, both with Swiss meringue buttercream.
