After so many burnt cakes, I perfected some of my recipes and some are still in the process of being perfected. For our third weekend indoors, we’ve gone a bit "egg-treme." We’ve secured a stash of 20 Creme Eggs and we are stuffing every single one of them into our signature, ring-baked NYC dough.

​These are 150g chuncky cookies—chilled for 48 hours for that thick, fudgy, "no-heat-needed" texture.
