Just had the best day at my cake masterclass at David Duncan Cake School! Learnt a lot of new techniques, and produced this showstopper! I'd like to donate this to a charity, care home or someone special who could benefit from an amazing cake so if anyone knows of anywhere or works anywhere that would like this, please pm me and I can drop it off tomorrow or Tuesday morning. It's a chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream, and would easily feed 20+ people.

This little one is a 6 inch chocolate sponge, with white chocolate chip buttercream. A nice bright blue, red and white Rangers theme for a young lads 13th birthday, customer supplied there own topper⚽️

Absolutely loved doing this cake!! So many firsts for me .... using the individual led lights🚨 doing striped fondant and making the black silhouette shapes👤. This lovely gentleman is a dj, so the requested theme was disco. Fully gluten free vanilla sponge with vanilla buttercream and jam🍰

A little 6 inch, biscoff sponge with biscoff buttercream and a salted caramel filling, themed around cider and shots🥃. Unfortunately it's the first time I've had any problems with a drip, everyday's a school day with baking🍰
February is filling up fast and there's still some spaces left in March, pm for any enquiries🎂

First cakes of the year 🎀!!

2 lovely colour fade rosette cakes, 1 was a smash cake and 1 was for the birthday girl and her family, which had the addition of some glitter and other flowers and the customer had her own topper to add. Fully dairy free vanilla sponge, with vanilla buttercream and strawberry jam.

And that's a wrap! After a difficult couple of weeks, and isolating due to potential covid ( negative😊 ) Free From Tiers is now closed for business until 28th December. Many, many thanks to all of my loyal customers, and I hope everyone has a wonderful Christmas and New Year🌲🎉

Finally got time to share this fab tshirt cake. 2 layer vanilla sponge with strawberry jam and vanilla buttercream. The teams this time were Celtic & Arsenal, and accompanied by 30 matching cupcakes, filled with raspberry jam⚽️
