Let’s take a moment for this beauty!

It’s was my friend’s 45th and I was delighted that she chose me to make her cake. She told me exactly what she wanted and this is it!

STITCH but make it girly!

🩷 I made this cake for Pari. She asked for a chocolate cake with Stitch as the theme.

I kept it simple but I think it came together quite well.

It’s Friday- cake post day!

Was delighted to make this cake for my returning client. It was privilege to be part of an 85th birthday.

The brief was gold green and white.

I came up with this design. Tried palette after a long time.

I loved the final outcome.

The brief was- something camper van related.

I thought that this might do! The ‘soil’ is made from crushed Oreo’s and the ‘grass’ with a fancy piping top and voila! There you have it!

Happy Easter 🐣

We made these delicious Easter egg brownies.

Super easy and tastes amazing.

Ingredients
1. Plain flour 100g
2. Unsalted butter 200g
3. 4 eggs
4. Mini eggs x3 bags I used Cadbury UK
5. Chocolate chips 150g
6. Cocoa powder 50g
7. Milk chocolate 200g - I used Marks and Spencer
8. Light brown sugar 275g or caster sugar

Method
1. Melt butter and chocolate in microwave - I use 600w at 30 sec bursts. Let it cook down
2. Whisk eggs and sugar till pale and fluffy
3. Add chocolate and butter mix
4. Fold in the crushed mini eggs and chocolate chip
6. Bake in oven at 160C for 30-35mins. There should still be a slight wobble when u take it out. It continues to bake while it’s cooling.
7. And done!
