Baking Mars Bar cake and other treats since 1990, when my auntie (in Glasgow that is your mums pal) shared her famous recipe and it became my signature food!....

I couldn't cook very well, and my Dad loved to tell everyone “Tracy makes a great Pot Noodle!”.

But I made Mars bar cake.... I made a lot of it, and then I got called the Mars Bar Fairy.

I made it for all my parties, for my friends when I dropped in, for their parties, for my hairdresser (Minster McFarlane - check out their insta/facebook - they are miracle workers)
