Sorry I havenā€™t posted in a while but I just had to show you this cake I made it for my mumā€™s birthday I usually donā€™t post my cakes but I was so proud of this one! It was a lemon cake with fresh whipped cream topped with berries.

This is a bit more sophisticated than my other orders but was probably one of my prettiest cupcakes for one of my kindest and loyal customer so I did have fun doing these cupcakes the ā€˜happy anniversaryā€™ was made out of chocolate and was very hard and frustrating to make, but this piping design made up for it because was so easy and effective and the colour scheme was also beautiful. @ Glasgow, Scotland
