Last chance saloon 🥯

So today is the last day we will have bagels available for the immediate future and there are a couple of options available!

Head on down to for a banging coffee and belter bagel! Or come and see me at .market , G41 2HA! I'll have bagels, cream cheeses, pickles and chilli jam available from 11am till sold out!

It's been a ride for sure, thanks again to you all and maybe see some of you today 😊

🥯 Important post 🥯

As with most Mondays over the last 4 to 5 months, our orders will open up at 10am on our website for collections and deliveries this week!

There will not be any collections or deliveries on Sunday as we will be at Park Lane Market from 11am till we sell out!

There is one slight change in that this will be the last full week we will be open for the foreseeable future. I will be taking an indefinite amount of time off from the bagelry. I can't thank everyone enough for their support so far, couldn't have done it without you!

Its not a goodbye, its a see you soon 😊

Fresh out of the oven! 🥯

The new chorizo salt special has gone down very well so far this week! If you haven't managed to get get order in they will be available next week also, as well as being able to grab some on Sunday!

Here's our new belter 🥯

Chorizo salt will be ready for you from next week. A blend of maldon, chorizo style seasoning spices and garlic gives this flavour a nice warmth and familiar taste (less the pork 😉).

It goes so well with our new Kalamata olive and herb cream cheese!

Both will be available from Monday at 10am on our website!

Kalamata olive and herb is coming along for our next special! Our new bagel will be announced later in the week but its one we are looking forward to!

Its the last week for the fermented honey and oat also! Can still get an order in for this week 😃

Bringing you 'Breakfast Bagel' from 🥯🍦

Jennifer was one of the first locally run businesses to reach out to me on Instagram when I first started up and what better way to support one another than to get a wee collab on the go!

"A cream cheese infused ice cream base with pieces of our cinnamon raisin bagels that have been toasted and sautéed in butter and brown sugar to make a crispy gravel. The ice cream is finished off with swirls of strawberry jam."

I think it looks absolutely amazing and, having had a tester, can say that it's taste matches the look!

This sold out this week and will be available again from Sunday at 9pm on website for collection next weekend! Go check it out!

Just a reminder we will be off next week but will be back from the 9th with some belting bagels!

Some belters on the go today 🥯

We will be shut next Week, 2nd to 8th August, as I have a family wedding to go to!

You can still stock up for next week with an order this week 😊🥯 Orders available on the website for Friday to Sunday still. You can place next day delivery (dependant on area) up until 10am and collection until 2pm the day before!

All the cinnamons! 🥯

Heading to a good home for a Breakfast Bagel ice cream! A cream cheese infused ice cream with some butter toasted cinnamon and raisin bagel pieces and some strawberry jam to boot! I had a tester a couple of weeks ago and absolutely loved it! This went on sale last night and will be available next week also. Go check Jen out, she's an absolute master of her craft!

Our orders open up at 10am today for delivery and collection for this week! Website in bio for orders 😁

We will also be shut next week, 2nd to 9th August, as we have a family wedding to go to!
