However, baking has always been a constant (long before it was fashionable). In my teens, I'd often be torn between clubbing and making a Belgian Tea Loaf (they were my thing in the 80's/90's). It wasn't until the arrival of my nieces, that I was prompted to make my bakes more decorative. Finally, it took a Global Pandemic for me to share my bakes... my wee bit of Cake Heaven.
