Back from Istanbul and honestly buzzing to be back. So many ideas, so much inspiration, and loads of chats with aunties and bakers along the way.
I’ve come back with early-harvest, super-green Antep pistachios, local herbs, regional pastry moulds and recipes I can’t wait to start playing with. We’ll be open again from 9 January and really excited to share what’s coming next.
