🚨 IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING 🚨

I am putting this policy in place with immediate effect.

I am extremely busy every week with cake orders, balloons, events and my personal commitments, and I simply do not have the time to chase customers for payments.

DEPOSITS:
• You have 7 days from placing your order to pay your deposit.
• Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
• If your deposit is not paid within the 7-day period, your booking will NOT be secured and the date will be opened back up for somebody else.
• I will no longer be sending repeated messages asking for deposits.

ORDERS UNDER £30:
• These must be PAID IN FULL at the time of booking.
• Your date will not be secured until payment has been received.

Deposits are used to purchase cake toppers, ingredients and other items specifically required for your order. If payments are made late, I cannot guarantee that I will be able to order everything in time.

This may mean that your cake cannot be made exactly as originally discussed or customised as requested.

📅 PLEASE GIVE THE CORRECT DATE WHEN BOOKING

When placing your order, please tell me the DATE YOU ARE COLLECTING YOUR CAKE OR I AM DELIVERING IT — NOT simply the date of your event.

For example, if your event is on Saturday but you need your cake collected on Friday, Friday is the date I need to know.

I am extremely busy every week and sometimes do not have the time or availability to move cakes around at short notice. I schedule my orders around collection and delivery dates, so giving me the wrong date can cause issues with my entire schedule.

Once your collection/delivery date has been agreed, please do not assume it can be changed later. Any changes will depend entirely on my availability.

I completely understand that things happen, but I have to put these rules in place to protect my time, my business and other customers who are waiting for dates.

NO PAYMENT = NO SECURED BOOKING.

Thank you for understanding. 🩷🎂
