Top tier: coconut card and passionfruit cake (coconut cardamom seed sponge filled with coconut Swiss meringue buttercream, passionfruit jam and coconut macaroon)
Bottom tier: Chocolate ganache Cake (3 layers cocoa rich sponge filled with deep chocolate ganache)
