Unfortunately I have accidentally eaten gluten whilst out for a meal yesterday 🤢 anyone who has Coeliac Disease will know the trouble that comes after it. Its left me in bed for most of the day today, with extreme fatigue and joint pain - meaning I was unable to prep for the craft fair this weekend, let alone bake today or tomorrow 😕 I have already taken delivery of ingredients so keep your eyes peeled for a special Sunday deal☕🧁🍰🍪

I will be at a little local craft fair this Saturday, 9th October, with lots of gluten free cake! We'll have tea cakes, vegan empires, scones, a few others and some Halloween specials too! 👻 There's going to be lots of great stalls there to have a little mosy around.

If you can't make this one, it's also happening on the 13th of November & 11th of December.
