One step at a time is the old saying 😂 but that’s not us — we have loads of ideas for everyone!

Step 1: Get the shop finished
Step 2: Meet all of you
Step 3: Help the community

We have plenty of ideas for supporting our local community, including helping elderly people and people living with disabilities.

One idea we’re particularly excited about is supplying essential bakery and everyday items directly to their door, making things a little easier for those who may struggle to get out and about.

We want Brown Sugar Bakehaus to be more than just a bakery — we want to be part of the community and find ways to make a genuine difference locally. 🫶🏻

We’ve been practising hard behind the scenes getting everything just right for the people of Girvan 🥐🫶🏻 So glad you enjoyed them! We can’t wait to officially open the doors and let everyone get a taste of what we’ve been working on. ❤️

Oh wow, Girvan is in for a treat when Brown Sugar Bakehaus opens for business! These croissants are amazing. Thank you David for the unexpected delight!

We did something really fun yesterday — we headed through to Glasgow and had a look around some of the different bakeries, picking up little ideas and inspiration from each one. 🥐🍰

I have to say, some of the products we saw on display were absolutely fantastic. It really highlighted just how much talent we have within our industry here in Scotland. 👏

It’s great to see so many talented people creating such amazing products, and it definitely gave us plenty of inspiration for what we can bring to Brown Sugar Bakehaus! 🙌

I mentioned experienced bakers in the post, but I also want to say that we’re more than happy to train the right people who are looking for a new opportunity or wanting to take a different career path.

So, if you’re interested but don’t have previous bakery experience, please don’t let that put you off! 😊🥐🍰

👨‍🍳 Experienced Bakers to join our new bakery team.
