And just like that we’re in September and I must say I am enjoying this cooler Autumnal weather 😍 as some of you may know, I have taken on an additional job this year so things may be a little chaotic to start with. I may not have all the usual cakes at the markets either (although I will do my very best!) so if there’s anything in particular you are after, please do drop me a message beforehand to preorder. I’ll have a big selection of cakes and bakes this coming Sunday at Hall Place Bexley Farmers Market 😃 including my cake of the month… Apple and Cinnamon 😋 in honour of Autumn’s arrival! Hope to see you there ☺️

Hall Place Bexley Farmers Market is back this Sunday 6th September open from 10am to 2pm, and as always entry to the farmers market is completely free

Expect a lovely mix of local, seasonal produce including:

* Fresh fish and hand linked sausages
* preserves, chutneys and marinades
* Cheeses and roasted coffee
* Locally brewed beers
* artisan breads
* home made chocolates and chocolate bars

and more

You’ll find the market on the Courtyard hardstanding and surrounding grassed area near the Visitors Centre, right in the beautiful grounds of Hall Place.

We’re proud to be the only Accredited Real Farmers Market in the Borough, meeting nationally recognised standards for authenticity and local provenance.

We’re all set up at this morning for the We’ve got a huge selection of cakes and baked goods ready for you, including chocolate and Bexley Brewery Porter cake, cherry and almond, Battenberg and our lemon and blueberry 😋 we’re here until 2pm

3rd Saturday of the month (15th August) this weekend which means its the return of the farmers market on The Courtyard area within the grounds of Hall Place.

Stallholders at the farmers market this Saturday include:

The French Deli - for cheeses and deli items

Bread on the Rise - for artisan breads, savory delights and more

Rica Homestyle - for hone made vegan caribbean marinades and chutneys

R and D Plants - seasonal plants - Richard should be on the stall this month whilst Donna recovers from an operation

The Olive Man - marinaded olives, baklavas and more

Sweet Pea Bakery - for cake of the month lemon and blueberry cake and traditional bakes

and more

Some stallholders are on holiday this month to tie in with school holidays.

Both Jambs Owls and London Butterfly Gardens are open on site

We’re all set up in this morning, it’s another hot one so would recommend collecting cakes or preordering for collection earlier rather than later 🙈 we’re here until 1pm

It’s been a bit of a chaotic week this week with summer holidays playing havoc with routine but I’m looking forward to being back at Lenham Country Market this Sunday ☺️ I’ll have plenty of cakes and bakes to get you through the weekend 😋 remember preorders are always welcome too if you don’t want to miss out on your favourites.
