Our cheesecakes are made in two different ways and are stated as being either baked or continental. The basic and main ingredients are the same for both only the baked ones include a little flour and free range eggs. ntre piece for any party, special event or just for a scrumptious treat! They can also be personalised for birthdays or any other special day. We are open to any suggestions if you have a special request or requirements. Please note that we require atleast 3 days notice as all cakes are made fresh to order. The more elaborate the cake, the more time is needed so please let us know as soon as possible. The cheesecakes can be made in various sizes. Round ones start from 6 inches in diameter, then 8,9,10 and 12 and the square ones start from 8 inches, then 9,10 and 12. The main biscuit and cheesecake mixture base is approximately 2 and a half inches deep. See table below for portions per cake. Mini cheesecakes (individual portions) are also available and are ideal for large partys and weddings. They can be presented on a cupcake tower containing a few different flavours. We also make other cheesecake related items such as cheesecake cupcakes, cheesecake pops, cheesecake brownies and layered cheesecake cakes! A special selection of cupcakes using a luxurious cream cheese frosting are also available. There really is no end to what you can do with cheesecake but whatever the occasion, you can be sure that your cheesecake product will be divine!!
