Was delighted to be asked to do one of this style of slab cake which are becoming very popular- this one was a large 20" long cake which consisted of 4 layers of Victoria Sandwich layered with homemade raspberry jam and buttercream and provided the perfect dessert at a 40th birthday celebration 🎉🎉🎉
