Fully Time Experienced Day Shift Baker
• 40hrs per week over 5 days plus overtime available
• Starting salary of £32,000 annually
• We are looking for a passionate baker to join our team.
• We are an independent wholesale and retail bakery where all products are made to the highest standard.
• Applicants must be reliable and be able to work under own initiative as well as being a team player.
• Experience in traditional morning goods, rolls, sour dough breads and speciality bread is essential. The applicant must be able to hand mould, have experience with ciabatta and brioche, be able to use a Konig and Oddy type divider moulder and operate deck ovens.
