Fully Time Experienced Day Shift Baker

• 40hrs per week over 5 days plus overtime available
• Starting salary of £32,000 annually
• We are looking for a passionate baker to join our team.
• We are an independent wholesale and retail bakery where all products are made to the highest standard.
• Applicants must be reliable and be able to work under own initiative as well as being a team player.
• Experience in traditional morning goods, rolls, sour dough breads and speciality bread is essential. The applicant must be able to hand mould, have experience with ciabatta and brioche, be able to use a Konig and Oddy type divider moulder and operate deck ovens.

Shifts are roughly 2-10pm
Experience in a packaging environment or working with a flow wrap machine is preferred but not essential as full training will be given.

We are looking for cake maker to join our confectionery department.
You will be working as part of a team, on day shift producing a full range of traditional cakes and biscuits.
Ideally you must have some experience in a confectionery environment and be able to use a planetary mixer and deck ovens.
You must be passionate about your work.
This role is for up to 5 days a week, days/ hours can be flexible.
